Graduating with my bachelor’s degree represented a major milestone in my life that I wanted to share with others. When it came to the day of taking my graduation photo’s I recall being a bit nervous but James and his staff made me feel welcomed and were very helpful. They made me feel confident with my shots and that mattered. When I received my photos a few weeks later I was disappointed with the results because of an odd glare that was very noticeable. I immediately contacted James and left him a message. I was somewhat stressed not knowing if I would receive a refund or brand new photos. When James returned my phone call I explained to him the situation and without hesitation he guaranteed me a new batch of photos. About a week later, I received the package of new photos and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.
